Before the Sink there was Sigma Nu.
In 1923 the former Sigma Nu house was converted into The Sink and a long tradition of serving the CU community was born. With such deep roots together, it is The Sink’s pleasure to be the restaurant of choice for Sigma Nu. Executive Chef Dave Engle has a diverse culinary background in fresh and thoughtful approaches to healthy food as Sous and Executive Chef at well-known California restaurants, The Kitchen – Boulder and The Sink. His passionate interests in local ingredients and sustainable practices have been central to our progress in those areas. Our commitment to hospitality is what drives us every day. We are pleased to help coalesce the community of brotherhood through great food!
