EN Gamma Kappa Move In Instructions 2011 - 2012 Lease Term

Following items need to be completed prior to move In:

1. Lease Completed ( every page must be signed and completed)
2. Guarantor Agreement Completed (guarantor form must be filled out and signed by legal guardian, with phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses completed for both tenant and guarantor)
3. Application Form Completed ( form must have phone numbers, permanent mailing addresses, and email addresses for tenanat and guarantor, if you turned in an application in previous years you do not need to turn in anothr one)
4. Application Fee Paid ( fee must be paid in the amount of $35.00 each, if applicable)
5. Security Deposit Paid ( security deposit must be paid in full)
6. Payment for Meal Plan and Dues

On the move in date (which varies depending on which house they will be living in) the members must come into the Sunnyside Property Managment office, After 12:00 pm (Noon) and complete the following:

1. Pay the prorated rent for that month ( amount vaires depending on move in date)
2. All members must have a $0.00 (Zero) balance on their ledger - members must be paid up in full.
3. All members must fill out the key check-in form and provide their current phone number and email address as well as a current phone number and email address for thier guarantor.
4. All members will be given a move in packet which contains the Move-In Condition Report.  The Move-In Condition Report must be completed and returned within 7 days.

Move In Dates For EN Gamma Kappa:

• 1043 Pleasant Street - Main House - August 1, 2011
• 1021 Pleasant Street - West Annex - August 16, 2011
• 1015 Pleasant Street - Far West Annex - August 16, 2011
• 1315 11th Street        - North Annex - August 16, 2011

Keys will not be given to any member who has not completed all of these items.
