Sigma Nu Gamma Kappa Leasing Process
All residents are required to have a guarantor agreement signed by the parent/guarantor or responsible party to the resident. The guarantor agreement WILL NOT be accepted with any changes or alterations made to the document. This agreement states that you, as the guarantor of the lease, accept responsibility of any and all unfulfilled lease terms, including but not limited to, any unpaid balances. A Guarantor form can be obtained from Sunnyside Property Management. Please review, fill in all relevant information, sign and return to the SPM office as soon as possible. Please note that all information is required in order to run a credit check. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 303-442-7773. The completed agreement can be faxed to 303-422-4345, mailed, emailed or dropped off at Sunnside Property Management Office.

The following items MUST be turned in PRIOR to making a lease signing appointment:
1.) Application and Application Fee: Application must be filled out front and back. Application fee is $35.00, personal checks and cash are accepted for the application fee only.
2.) Guarantor Agreement: Filled out, and signed by the legal guardian/guarantor, NOT the tenant. If there are questions with the guarantor agreement,please call for clarification. Again, NO alterations made to this document will be accepted.
3.) Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is $xxxx.xx Security deposits must be paid in full, with a separate certified check or money order. Personal checks will NOT be accepted for the security deposit.
The application, application fee, and guarantor agreement MUST be handed in before a lease signing appointment is made. The Security Deposit needs to be turned in either before or at the lease signing. There are NO exceptions.
In order to set up an appointment, please call the office at (303) 442-7773. Absolutely NO leases will be signed without a security deposit, completed guarantor agreement and application, and application fee. Please ensure that you have the security deposit in a certified check or money order when you come to the lease signing appointment. All checks and money orders need to be made out to Sigma Nu.
