All residents are required to have a guarantor agreement signed by the parent/guarantor or responsible party to the resident.  The guarantor agreement WILL NOT be accepted with any changes or alterations made to the document.  This agreement states that you, as the guarantor of the lease, accept responsibility of any and all unfulfilled lease terms, including but not limited to, any unpaid balances.
