Leland Oxley, the Executive Chef at Sigma Nu Fraternity, is an addition to this house that is welcomed enthusiastically. He has been recognized by Food & Wine Magazine and by American Culinary Federation, of which he is also a member of, and brings over a decade of experience with general and fraternity dining; including spending time as a Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant and Owner. His innate passion for great food and impeccable service accompanied by a background in hospitality, culinary arts, and business operations brings a level of passion and sophistication to our kitchen. Having started in the 2015, Leland has been an invaluable addition to the Gamma Kappa chapter, serving our brothers both delicious and healthy cuisines from all over the world. We could not be happier to be able to call Leland our Chef!
